It owns about 20 hectares, and sells grapes from young vines to major merchants in the Chablis region, such as Jean-Marc Brocard. The Guy family is a family-run producer that has inherited the vineyards for generations and does everything from brewing to bottling in-house. The current owner is Ms. Marie-Ange. She has inherited her passion for wine and strives to make clean and delicate wines, which are the essence of the domaine. This domaine can be said to be the originator of lutte risonnée, which has respected the terroir since her father's time and has been careful to use almost no chemicals since the company's founding. The thorough management of the vineyards has kept the fields in perfect condition, without any risk of esca disease, which has plagued growers in recent years. There is no batonnage, and contact with the grape skins is valued. In addition, no clarification or filtration is performed when bottling. Guy Robin is a domaine that values above all else the idea that "good wine comes from healthy vineyards."
