The older vines give the wine a mineral character and thickness, while the younger vines give it a dark fruit aroma and lush texture. The wine has aromas and flavors of red fruits such as cranberries, cherries and blueberries, with Asian spices and earthy notes. It has well-balanced tannins and a long, lingering finish.
