Angels & Cowboys Brut Rosé is made using traditional method Champagne (known as the traditional method in English).
This method allows the wine to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in small, fine bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel.
We sourced three of the Champagne region's most representative grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, from the finest vineyards in Northern California, including Mendocino and Sonoma, to create a delicate and complex Brut Rosé.
Each grape represents the region's terroir and offers its own unique flavor profile and aromatic blend.
The rosé base wine contains 16% reserve wines from 2012 to 2018.
After 12 months of aging on the lees, traditional dosage is added to give balance and complexity.
