The Acrobat Series was born from a commitment to producing the highest quality, handcrafted Oregon Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.

At the core of Acrobat is a passion for pairing honest wines with casual meals and gatherings.

Acrobat is a wine that will always be available as an easy choice, one that will harmonize with every aspect of our lives.

Acrobat is artisanally built with an eye toward sustainability in the beautiful hills and valleys of Western Oregon.

The 2022 offers aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, rich plum and cinnamon.

In the mouth, lively acidity and elegant tannins shine through, leading to a juicy yet delicate finish.

Enjoy with classic wood-fired pizza.

2022 will likely be remembered as a challenging, yet rewarding, growing season.

Frost in April affected much of northern Oregon's vineyards in the Willamette Valley, but grapes responded with better than expected yields despite the frost.

Warm, dry weather in September and October allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness before harvest.

Crafted with the goal of expressing the best of Oregon, this Pinot Noir is a near-perfect blend of grapes from Oregon's top growing regions: Rogue Valley, Umpqua Valley and Willamette Valley.

A combination of early morning harvest, stainless steel fermentation, and gentle punch-down and pump-over are all aimed at bringing out the bright red fruit and ripe tannins in this red wine.

The wine was then gently pressed and aged in French oak for 9 months while undergoing malolactic fermentation.

Acrobat was launched in 2009 as a wine from King Estate, the second largest producer in Oregon and home to the largest biodynamically certified vineyard in the United States.

In 2016, it became the first Oregon wine to be named number one of the 100 Best Buy Wines of the Year.

The brand changed ownership in 2018, but still uses grapes from three major AVAs in the West: Willamette Valley, Umpqua Valley, and Rogue Valley, including King Estate.

Each vineyard and AVA has a distinct character and brings its own unique flavours.

These diverse geographic choices were made intentionally to give Acrobat Wines a balanced Oregon flavor.

Acrobat is a commitment to crafting the highest quality Oregon Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris into wines that are casual, honest and trustworthy.

This reflects the desire to pair pure wine with casual, enjoyable parties and everyday meals.

Acrobat is always the right wine for these situations.

Balanced wines have been Acrobat's goal since the beginning, bringing to you the complexity and purity of flavor from Oregon's renowned wine regions.

It is this accessible purity that defines acrobatics.

We believe happy wine makes happy people.
