This wine is a blend of grapes from carefully selected fields in the West Sonoma Coast AVA. The grapes grown in a cool environment give a very fresh and pure impression. The whole bunches were fermented using puncheons and open-top stainless steel tanks. The wine has a vivid and complex aroma with nuances of black fruit, berries, cherry pie, flowers, minerals, and moist soil. This wine is best described as "casual luxury." *The wine will be labeled as West Sonoma Coast AVA from the 2022 vintage.

Pommard, 777, 828 are carefully selected vineyards with Gold Ridge soils on the slopes of hills between 270m and 580m above sea level. Each parcel of these highly acclaimed vineyards is carefully managed for harvesting and vinification. The soil is fine-grained and very well-drained, resulting in light wines. The subsoil is an ancient seabed and contains fossils and clay. Hundred Acres is a boutique winery in Napa Valley founded in 1998 (at the age of 36) by Jayson Woodbridge, who made a huge fortune at a young age while working in investment banking.
Jason has established a "0 or 100" policy, firmly believing that "if it's not the highest quality, there's no point in doing it," and produces the "perfect" Cabernet Sauvignon without any compromise. Hundred Acres is not a wine made by striving for "perfection," but an ultra-premium wine brewed with the utmost care, with "perfection" as the basic premise.
