This wine is made from grapes from carefully selected vineyards in the West Sonoma Coast AVA*. The grapes grown in a cool environment give the wine a very fresh and pure impression. The whole bunches were fermented using puncheons and open-top stainless steel tanks. The wine has clear and complex aromas with hints of black fruit, berries, cherry pie, flowers, minerals, and moist soil. This wine is a perfect example of "casual luxury." The vineyards are carefully selected from vineyards with Gold Ridge soils on the slopes of hills at 270-580m above sea level. These highly acclaimed vineyards are carefully managed by plot, and the grapes are harvested and vinified. The soil is fine-grained and very well-drained, resulting in a light wine. The subsoil is an ancient seabed and is mixed with fossils and clay. Each wine is in the style of Hundred Acres' Jason Woodbridge, and expresses the unique plots of the West Sonoma Coast*. Hundred Acres

Hundred Acres is a boutique winery in Napa Valley founded in 1998 (at the age of 36) by Jayson Woodbridge, who made a huge fortune at a young age while working in investment banking.

Jason has established a "0 or 100" policy, firmly believing that "if it's not the highest quality, there's no point in doing it," and produces the "perfect" Cabernet Sauvignon without any compromise. Hundred Acres is not a wine made by striving for "perfection," but an ultra-premium wine brewed with the utmost care, with "perfection" as the basic premise.
