Benoit Toquet's vision of Napa Valley is expressed from the valley floor to the heights of the hillside. A blend of Missouri Hopper, Las Piedras, Tierra Roja (just below Oakville/Dalla Valle) and others. Aged for 16-18 months in French barrels (75% new). This juicy and hedonistic wine expresses every aspect of Napa Valley. Rich strawberry aromas with hints of blackberry and chocolate. In the mouth, the rich, ripe fruit flavor spreads smoothly, and the velvety tannins lead to a long, gorgeous finish.
Benoit Toquet's private brand, Fay-Main, has released its first Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine is made from grapes from a single vineyard released by Fe Man as well as grapes from a new vineyard that has the potential to become a single vineyard in the future.
This wine embodies Benoit Toquet's vision of "Napa Valley" from the valley floor to the heights of the hillside.
Vintage Information
Flowering was slightly delayed due to a cold, dry winter which began with drought conditions that continued into spring.
However, ample sunshine and mild summer and autumn conditions allowed for slow and steady ripening until harvest, producing fruit with good structure, energy and elegance.
A very dry vintage with low yields resulted in a wine with great concentration and plenty of fruitiness.
It also has a fresh and elegant scent.
It already shows great elegance and will age beautifully for a long time to come.

Field Information
Napa Valley stretches about 50 km from north to south, sandwiched between the Mayacamas and Vaca mountain ranges. The diverse soils, slopes, and microclimates create unique terroirs in each location.
The combination of different soils – deep clay soils on the valley floor, shallow rocky topsoil on mountain slopes, volcanic tuff deposited by eruptions – along with the various elevations, slopes, exposed geology, etc. – creates thousands of unique growing conditions and possibilities.
We released this cuvée, "Napa Valley," as a celebration of the unique and multifaceted charm of Napa Valley.
