Winemaking: Mont de Milieu is a steeply sloping vineyard on the right bank, next to the Grand Cru. The vineyard is from a long-term contract with a winegrower who supplies the Domaine with grapes. Malolactic fermentation is carried out and the wine is aged on the lees in large French barrels.
Bright gold color. Elegant, fresh, and complex nose. The mouth is fruity and harmonious with a beautiful structure.
This wine goes well with seafood platters, fish dishes, or mature cheeses.
