A blend of grapes from several vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Fermented and aged in egg-shaped concrete tanks, concrete amphorae, and new French barrels that have been used for several years, using only natural yeast for about 15 months. Bright and sweet aroma = a lasting impression. Slightly deep straw color, with a fragrant scent of citrus flowers, lemon cream, and tropical fruit. Rich fruit flavor, balanced with the aroma from the barrel, acidity, and rock minerals, resulting in a long, sensual finish that spreads throughout the mouth.

Field Information
The 2020 vintage was released with Chardonnay from Russian River Valley and Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills (Santa Barbara County) in the south, instead of Pinot Noir from Sonoma, which was not made due to the effects of wildfires. In the future, they plan to procure grapes not only from Russian River Valley, but also from fields with unique characteristics such as Santa Lucia Highlands in California, Willamette Valley in Oregon, and Columbia Gorge in Washington, without being tied to a location. The ideal is simple: "To make delicious wine that gives you satisfaction at the end of a day's work," says Michael.
