The vineyard is located next to Screaming Eagle on the western slope of Oakville, where many famous vineyards are located. Aged in new French barrels, and repeatedly tasted to determine the aging period, racking, and bottling timing. Typical of Tench, it is characterized by a very powerful, lively and dynamic taste. The mineral elements of the great Oakville eastern hills are concentrated. Full-bodied and highly concentrated, with mineral nuances and a long, lively finish.
Technical information
Winemaking: The destemmed grapes are carefully selected one by one, and all unripe and overripe grapes are separated out.
Aged in new French barrels (Darnajou, Taransaud). Tasted on average once every two weeks to determine the aging period, racking and bottling timing.

Deep, dark purple-black in color, with aromas of earthiness, red meat, blood, dark roasted mocha coffee, plum, creme de cassis, a variety of spice boxes, and minced meat.
