The Cuvee Brut Excellence champagne by André Chemin is a 2010 vintage made of 100% Chardonnay Premier Cru white wine from the mountains of Reims.
Thanks to its very high quality, the wine used to make this Blanc de Blancs champagne did not undergo malolactic fermentation. It contains 2.4g of sugar per liter and fully expresses the aromas of the Chardonnay Premier Cru used to make it.
