COMMENT
Chateau Latour-Martillac is one of the most famous chateaux in the Graves region of Bordeaux. It was owned by the Bordeaux wine merchant Cressmann family in 1871. Both its red and white wines are classified as Graves and have maintained that reputation to this day. It is a classic Bordeaux wine with the dignity of a Grand Vin.
This wine has been produced as the second label of Chateau Latour-Martillac since the 1986 vintage. It is made mainly from young vines in the same plots as Chateau Latour-Martillac, and is produced by the same winemaking team under the same philosophy.
WINEMAKING
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for 12 months in wooden barrels (40% new barrels).
