Each year Dunham Cellars blends a selection of their premium cuvées into this casual range.
Using grapes from their own vineyards and aging in the same barrels as their finest cuvées, they have managed to produce a consistently high quality wine that is affordable and great for everyday drinking.
The first time I met Port it was a sunny summer day.
That day, the sounds of animals suffering reached my ears loud and clear.
I looked outside and saw that a young puppy had been attacked by another dog in the field across from my house and was in critical condition.
I rushed in, stopped the fight, wrapped up the seriously injured puppy, and took him to the vet.
The puppy lost a leg but found a home.
I named him Port because two of his three legs were on the port side (the left side), and he became my best friend.
A rich, dense, deep red blend.
Dark chocolate, baked plum, cocoa and blackberry are layered with velvety smooth and smooth tannins.
Now is the time to drink it.
Screw cap.
