It has a long-lasting, elegant fragrance reminiscent of Mediterranean flowers and fruits.

The acidity and mellowness are in harmony, and the rich aftertaste is appealing.

The harvested grapes are kept cool and stored until vinification.

Ferment in stainless steel at 16-18°C for 7-10 days.

Sur lie for a minimum of 6 months.

Cantina Tani owns vineyards in the village of Monti, the most important area in the production of Vermentino di Gallura.

While most wine growers in the region sell their grapes to cooperatives, there are only four wineries that do everything from growing to fermenting their own grapes.

The history of the cantina began in 1980 with the planting of Vermentino di Gallura vines in the village of Monti in the northeast of Sardinia.

He then gradually began planting red wine grapes and expanded as a wine grower.

In 2008, he established his long-awaited own winery.

We are committed to producing wine using strict selection and fully ripe grapes.

The estate owns approximately 90 hectares of land, of which approximately 18 hectares are vineyards.

The current head of the family is Tonino Turni.

It is a small family-run winery run by the founder and his daughters, Angelica and Roberta.
