Winemaking: Vineyards located in Minervois, Bézières, Agde, Bédariéux, Montpellier, Nimes and Cévennes. After pneumatic pressing, the wine is cooled and stabilized for 24 hours at a maximum of 10°C. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 12 days at 15°C. No malolactic fermentation is carried out to maintain lively acidity. Aging is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Light gold colour. Fragrant nose with notes of orange blossom and spice. Delicate apricot flavor in palate with a lingering aromatic finish. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with fish, seafood or Thai food.
