レインストームはオレゴンらしい鮮やかな個性を生かすことが目標です。ウィラメット・ヴァレーとアンプクア・ヴァレーを産地とした、素 晴らしくバランスが良く、親しみやすくありながら、複雑さもあるワインを造っています。
ウィラメット・ヴァレー（穏やかな温度が複雑味、しっかりとした酸とエレガントさを兼ね揃えた葡萄を生みます）とアンプクア・ヴァレー（より温暖な気温のため芳醇で果実味が凝縮された葡萄が育ちます）の葡萄をブレンド。結果、完璧なバランスの取れたワ インが出来上がります。渋みを抑える為、マセラシオンは1週間。マロラクティック発酵、ろ過後、10カ月以上オーク樽熟成。
From vine to bottle, Rainstorm Pinot Noir is carefully and thoughtfully crafted. Sourcing fruit from some of the Willamette Valley’s finest growers, we spend the time in the field tracking the vineyards progress from budbreak through bloom, fruit-set into veraison and sampling regularly until our winemaker calls for the harvest to come in. Just as the inspired chef is compelled to share their culinary works of art, the wine crafter’s creation brings people together in celebration of all of life’s great pleasures.
